温哥华岛大学与英国名校赫特福德大学(University of Hertfordshire)合作，推出了MBA/MScIB课程，该课程入门要求低，时间短，仅需14个月，毕业后可获得双学位，一个是温哥华岛大学颁发的工商管理硕士学位，另一个是英国赫特福德大学颁发的国际商务理学硕士学位。英国赫特福德大学是一所著名的综合性大学，其商学院规模较大，在英国本校及世界各地的许多学校提供众多的商学课程，享誉全球。该课程的设立为大学应届毕业生直接攻读MBA课程敞开了方便之门，同时也提高了优秀毕业生在日趋激烈的商业世界中的竞争能力，为他们早日走向成功打下了坚实的基础。
Ø 课程设置
课程共需14个月，全日制学习，包括3个月的实习与应用商务课程。对于本科非商科的学生，在正式的MBA/MScIB课程前需完成2个月的预科课程。入学时间也很灵活，有两个选择，可选择1月和9月入学。学校具体的课程安排可参见下表：

Ø 入学与录取条件
1．大学本科毕业，商科或非商科专业都可以。
2．大学最后两年的平均成绩至少达到相当于“B”的成绩。
3．满足温哥华岛大学对学术课程的英语要求，一般来说，要求达到TOEFL笔考550分、网考80分且单科不低于19分、机考213分以上，或IELTS 6.0分且单科不低于5.5分，或完成温哥华岛大学提供的英语培训课程。
4．有工作经历者优先，但不是必备条件。
5．无需GMAT成绩。
